2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup Crisco
6 tablespoons cold water
Makes two single pie crusts
Cut flour, salt, and Crisco together with two butter knives or pastry blender until pea size.
Add water one tablespoon at a time with fork until dough is workable. Do not over mix. Divide in half and roll 1/8 inch thick.
