Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup Crisco
  • 6 tablespoons cold water
  • Makes two single pie crusts

Instructions

  • Cut flour, salt, and Crisco together with two butter knives or pastry blender until pea size.
  • Add water one tablespoon at a time with fork until dough is workable. Do not over mix. Divide in half and roll 1/8 inch thick.
